The multidisciplinary graduate program in “Brazilian Cultures and Identities”, concentration area in “Brazilian Studies”, began in 2009. Its objective is to conduct research and develop reflections on Brazilian society. The multidisciplinarity is constitutive of this graduate program and not only a methodological resource, being a procedure of apprehension and problematization of reality. The program consists of two Research Lines. 1. Brazil: tensions, ruptures and continuities between past, present and future; 2, Brazil: the reality of creation, the creation of reality.
